Day 6, Meal 11

Day 6, Meal 11

My Rating:

I was REALLY looking forward to today’s lunch meal, as I ran a trail 5k this morning with my dad. We needed a post meal celebration, so I took him out to eat, at Olive Garden of course, and I ordered a meal that I saw on a facebook group, Olive Garden Never Ending Pasta Pass Holders, that sounded really good to me, consisting of Rigatoni, Five Cheese Marinara & Crispy Chicken Fritta:

…and with cheese:

So how does it rate? This meal is off the charts!!! 10/10 for sure. Everything about it was perfect for me, it just worked really really well together. I already want some more. Seriously, give this a try! I was so excited I even splurged and had a breadstick and dipped it in the 5 Cheese Sauce mixture. So GOOD!

The real gem of the meal was our server Renee at the Inverness, FL Olive Garden location. She made the lunch celebration a really enjoyable meal for myself, my 2 girls Chloe & Olivia, and my dad. Exactly what you look for in a server: Friendly, accommodating, professional, and sincere. I will be back to see her for sure.

My dad got his favorite meal, Eggplant Parmigiana with Spaghetti and for a soup, chose Minestrone. No time to get a picture, as he dove in right away and LOVED it. My girls split a kids meal, Chicken Fingers & Spaghetti with French Fries. The kids meals are large portioned, so it’s perfect size to split for a 3 and 5 year old.

This is my (80 year old) dad and I after the race with our medals:

Here is my receipt showing a cost savings of $15.14 for my meal!
