Day 47, Meal 115

Day 47, Meal 115

My Rating:

For my last meal of the day during my road trip to North Carolina from Florida, I am meeting up with an old Army buddy from when we served together at Ft. Riley, back in 2001-2004, including deployments to Kuwait/Iraq. As he is local to Holly Springs, which was on my way up to Burlington, NC, we met up at the Holly Sprilngs Towne Center location:

My buddy Ben ended up ordering himself a Beer, Salad, Stuffed Mushrooms, and an order of Lasagna, and ordered his son Mac & Cheese with some Broccoli (his choice!) as well as a Seasonal Sicilian Cheesecake! I asked our server, Lena, to make a selection for my under my Server’s Choice theme and she happily complied! She picked Cavatappi, Asiago Garlic Alfredo & Italian Sausage [Half]:

Yum! Another great meal, I’d say 8/10! I think this would be slightly better with a Meatball swapped out with one of the Italian Sausage!

Jeff

After losing 70 pounds this year, I'm going on a journey of enjoying carbs and dining out twice a day for the next 8 weeks, for free, while still living a healthy lifestyle. I'll be at the gym daily, and my goal is to not put on a single pound. "Everything in moderation, including moderation" - Oscar Wilde
