Day 62, Meal 148

I’m getting ready for my road-trip over to Cocoa, FL for the Space Coast Marathon tomorrow but first I need some lunch! I’m going with one of my leftovers, Whole Grain Linguine, Alfredo & Crispy Shrimp Fritta [Half] from Day 44, Meal 106. Here was the original meal:

This was REALLY GOOD, despite not looking nearly as pretty. The big weakness with the Alfredo-based sauces is how the sauce gets absorbed, BUT the flavor is still there, thankfully. This was a 10 before, and I’m only dropping it down to a 9 after being frozen. That’s pretty impressive!
