Day 30, Meal 59

Day 30, Meal 59

My Rating:

Next Soup up on the list is Zuppa Toscana, another choice I’ve somehow never had before:

As a creature of habit, I’ve ALWAYS played it safe and stuck to what I’ve known and liked, which for me, meant always just ordering Pasta e Fagioli.. Well let me tell you, I am SO glad I went outside of my comfort zone and started trying all sorts of new options. This is my new FAVORITE soup. It’s just so good. It is described as “Spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth”. I am so surprised how good it is, and not only is it fantastic as a standalone, it serves as a great vehicle for dipping breadsticks in!

I also thoroughly enjoyed the Creamy Mushroom & Grilled Chicken combination, by itself. It worked really really well together. And the breadsticks taste fantastic dipped in anything it seems, as being paired with Creamy Mushroom was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a 9/10.

Here is the Ziosk showing a cost savings of $15.14:

After losing 70 pounds this year, I'm going on a journey of enjoying carbs and dining out twice a day for the next 8 weeks, for free, while still living a healthy lifestyle. I'll be at the gym daily, and my goal is to not put on a single pound. "Everything in moderation, including moderation" - Oscar Wilde
