It’s day 2 of “Make Me Shrimpy”, and I’m already down weight after a single day on this “diet”! I was 155.6 yesterday, and today I’m 154.2. Now weight fluctuations are normal, but I’m glad to see the scale move in the right direction. Once I get under 153 (my starting weight), I can resume normal OG dining 🙂
For today’s first meal, 1 of 3, I’m going with Rigatoni, Traditional Marinara & Crispy Shrimp Fritta in refill fashion:
Not a bad start to the day, with a low 370 calories. I’d rate this a 7/10. Looking forward to trying this variant out with Five Cheese Marinara for the next meal. That should bring it up some!
