Today’s theme is Gluten-Free(ish), which means I’m be having Glueten-Free Rotini across 6 VISITS today, ALL with Crispy Shrimp Fritta (which has Gluten), and each being with a new sauce (4 have Gluten). I haven’t had this pasta much so this gives me the chance to directly compare the pasta with a different sauce. 5 of 6 sauces up is Five Cheese Marinara:
This is pretty much tied with the Traditional Meat Sauce, another 7.5 rounded up to an 8. I think what I actually liked was this had a better ratio of sauce/topping:pasta. The other meals had more noodles for sure (or at least it seemed that way). This combination definitely worked though, and while it certainly won’t make it into the my Hall of Fame, it equally won’t be making it into my Hall of Shame.
