Day 42, Meal 98

Day 42, Meal 98

My Rating:

It’s time for the “Tour of Orlando”! 7 meals across 7 locations in 7 hours, around the Orlando area. Orlando is where it all started for Olive Garden back in 1982, December 13, 1982 to be exact. We even share the same birthday year!

Today I’ll be having all 7 pasta options, which includes Spaghetti, Rigatoni, Angel Hair, Fettuccine, Whole Grain Linguine, Cavatappi & Gluten-Free Rotini. Each meal will include Traditional Marinara & (1) Meatball, in a refill portion. Total calories are 2,945 across the entire day, and since my personal limit is 2600, I’ll need to ensure I get some extra calories burned by the end of the day! Let’s continue!

The 4th of 7 visits is going to be Orlando – West Colonial Drive:

Fourth up is Fettuccine, Traditional Marinara & (1) Meatball [Refill]:

This was good, although the spiciness like I had from the last two meals was not present. Overall however, it was a good combination. I’d rate a 7/10. Service by Isaias was good and even better was a fantastic conversation and visit from Service Manager Nivaldo Reboucas. He stopped by to see how things were, and I filled him in on the 8  Weeks Of Pasta journey, along with my current Pasta Pass competition and we chatted for quite some time. Very nice guy and made me feel very welcome.

Here is the receipt showing a cost savings of $14.68:

Jeff

After losing 70 pounds this year, I'm going on a journey of enjoying carbs and dining out twice a day for the next 8 weeks, for free, while still living a healthy lifestyle. I'll be at the gym daily, and my goal is to not put on a single pound. "Everything in moderation, including moderation" - Oscar Wilde
