Day 49, Meal 118

Day 49, Meal 118

My Rating:

After a fantastic Record Breaking Day in Burlington, NC with #PastaPreacher Alan Martin, it’s time to head back to Florida, on a 600+ mile road trip. As I didn’t leave NC until almost 5pm, I should get home around 3am. It’s going to be a long night! As I have to make 2 stops along the way for Meals 2 & 3 today, I’m stopping at a new location off I95, over in Pooler, GA. I’m going with Fettuccine, Five Cheese Marinara & Crispy Shrimp Fritta [Half]:

This was good! I’d say 8/10. This was also the first time I was at Olive Garden past closing, as I didn’t get there until 9:30pm or so, and a party of 8 had walked in right behind me so they were definitely working hard to get food out but they had just sent some cooks home prior to our arrival. I ended up leaving around 10:25pm or so, to continue heading home to Inverness, FL. Thanks to the #PastaPreacher, Alan Martin, who provided me with an amazing homemade energy drink (that he won 2nd place in a competition before) which kept me awake and safe on the 600+ mile trip home!

Here is the receipt showing a cost savings of $16.03:

Jeff

After losing 70 pounds this year, I'm going on a journey of enjoying carbs and dining out twice a day for the next 8 weeks, for free, while still living a healthy lifestyle. I'll be at the gym daily, and my goal is to not put on a single pound. "Everything in moderation, including moderation" - Oscar Wilde
