Day 57, Meal 142

Day 57, Meal 142

My Rating:

It’s the first day without dining-in at Olive Garden in 8 Weeks, and as you saw earlier I had some leftover Cavatappi, Alfredo & Grilled Chicken for lunch. I apparently lost track of time and meals today as I realized very late in the day that all I had was 630 calories, from that single meal earlier. While I have a ton of meals in the freezer, I want to restrict those to 1 a day. Since a new promotion started today featuring FlavorFilled Pastas, I opted for a ToGo order of Cheese-Filled Gnocchi with Grilled Chicken:

This is described as “Light and fluffy giant potato gnocchi filled with cheeses, baked in a creamy white sauce, topped with grilled chicken, breadcrumbs and melted cheese”.

This was absolutely amazing. I was having trouble deciding which one I wanted to go with, because the other FlavorFilled Pasta options sound equally delicious, but I am confident I made the right choice. If you like cheese, I can’t imagine not falling in love with this. At $17.29, it’s worth every penny.

After losing 70 pounds this year, I'm going on a journey of enjoying carbs and dining out twice a day for the next 8 weeks, for free, while still living a healthy lifestyle. I'll be at the gym daily, and my goal is to not put on a single pound. "Everything in moderation, including moderation" - Oscar Wilde
