My Rating:Time to amplify another classic meal with some DOUBLE MEAT! Tonight we are having (Grilled) Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo: I highly recommend that you guys give this a go. I REALLY love having a half portion of pasta by ordering a refill to start, but specifically requesting the FULL size sauce and then DOUBLE full size protein. My Rating:Tonight’s dinner is a VERY special occasion, as it’s NATIONAL PASTA DAY! That calls for a pre-meal celebration: As a Disney Passholder, I always look forward to the Food & Wine Festival held at Epcot each year. My Rating:For my final meal during Dessert Week, I went with a modified version of Day 7, Meal 14, which consisted of Fetuccine, Creamy Mushroom & Grilled Chicken, which rated at 8/10. This meal I swapped out the Grilled Chicken for some Crispy Chicken Fritta in Refill size fashion, so let’s see if the prior meal can be improved upon: Wow, this was ridiculous. My Rating:For today’s lunch, I visited county # 12 on the 8 Weeks of Pasta journey, over in Kissimmee, FL (Osceola County) as I was in the area today. I went with a refill portion of Fettuccine, Asiago Garlic Alfredo & Crispy Shrimp Fritta, which was modified from Day 9, Meal 17 which I rated 8/10, except that was a 50/50 sauce with Creamy Mushroom as well.
