Tonight’s dinner is a VERY special occasion, as it’s NATIONAL PASTA DAY! That calls for a pre-meal celebration:
As a Disney Passholder, I always look forward to the Food & Wine Festival held at Epcot each year. I was out with some co-workers and figured I’d try a couple of small bites before dinner. 1st up:
Wow, 10/10. I ALWAYS look forward to this bite. Always excellent. And Le Cellier is a fantastic restaurant at Epcot. If you even have a special occasion, make sure to check them out. Worth every penny.

This was another amazing choice. Perfectly tender rib eye and the spicyness and flavors were just perfect. 10/10.
Okay, back to 8 Weeks of Pasta festivities. Since I was in the area, I decided to take a trip over to the International Drive location, which is where we are having the FINAL 2017 Pasta Pass Dinner Gathering on November 19th at 5:30PM. If you are in the Florida region, come join us!

So lets FINALLY get to the food. Since it was National Pasta Day and all, I couldn’t settle for a regular Stickwich. I also NEEDED some Pasta. So I came up with this:
As this was a slight shift from my #1 Meal, the difference being Whole Grain Linguine, I knew I would love this. Here is the Pasta Combination I made:
