I’m back in my hometown of Inverness, FL, my favorite location, after a day in Orlando at the office (and 2 trips to the OG out there). Tonight, I’m going with Whole Grain Linguine, Alfredo & Meatballs [Half]:
I just can’t get over how amazing the Meatballs are in an Alfredo-based sauce, as I’m been so accustomed to getting them in a Marinara base. This was really good. I’m already excited to try the Asiago Garlic Alfredo variant at some point! 10/10. Service tonight was by James, one of my regulars and on my faves list. He gets me a water before I even have a chance to tell him. Tonight there was a slight wait, and he saw me, and said, “this is your booth” and there was a water already waiting for me on the table. Awesome. A few other amazing servers that I’ve had a bunch of times and really like at Inverness include Samantha (my lovely wife), Sherry, Hannah, Amanda, Renee, Jessica, Braxton, and Brandy. I’m sure there are a few others that I just can’t think of right now too (I’m terrible with remembering names).
