New theme day! As I did 50/50 Sauce Week back on Week 2, and did Double Meat during on Week 5, it’s time to get creative with the Pasta! This is 8 Weeks of PASTA after-all. We are going to do 50/50 Pasta, combining 2 of the 7 Pasta options together. To start off, I am going with Rigatoni/Whole Grain Linguine, mixed with Asiago Garlic Alfredo & Crispy Shrimp Fritta:
This probably would have looked prettier if the Pasta was mixed together, but it still came out great! Rigatoni on one side, Whole Grain Linguine on the other. I was a big fan of this! 9/10!
